Bandra is completely changed in concrit jungal like whole mumbai. If you want to see and visualise old bandra go and visit Vasai near Mumbai it is the perfectly same place as old bandra n goa. I remember my grandpa always tells me the stories of old bandra like in 70s,80s when it was a green zone and rich east Indian cultural ❤️❤️
Good informational video Anvita. Would have been great to see you cover the famous Mount Mary Basilica and St Andrews Church that was built in 1575 and is one of the oldest churches in Mumbai. Also the Parsi Fire Temple and the Parsi community would have been great as they are very unique to this suburb. Bandra is a great example of the success of secularism where Hindus, Muslims, Christians and Parsis have lived together for centuries in peace and harmony.
Sorry Anvita, you have got the sports culture of Bandra completely wrong. Bandra was known for Hockey with several India players from here. The turf is for Hockey but unfortunately hijacked by Football and Cricket. Please see the hockey field markings on the turf. Hockey is also played here. The soul of Bandra sports was and will always be Hockey. Please respect our National sport and give credit where it's due.

Absolutely lovely video about Bandra
Missing it so much now
brought back so many childhood memories
Thank you Anvita, this documentary gave me a good bird's eyeview of Bandra life!
This is my favourite video in bandra. Thanks
It gives you a real feel of this amazing Mumbai suburb. Loved it!
Not to split hairs, the Bandra you show is Bandra West. Many won't even consider Bandra East as being part of "Bandra" as the cool vibe is missing. :D
Wonderful job in capturing Bandra
