that's exactly true , I suffer from a 7.5 degrees levo scoliosis in my lumbar spine with a little bit of rotation to the left but I got stiffness and tightness in my left Ql and my hip for the past 8 years , while my scoliosis is not even a mild scoliosis ! it's so hard to find out the source of the pain !
