This kind of dynamic is very rarely productive)
Of course she is not going to find him attractive given that he makes himself too nice and available for her. He should be prioritizing his own life and his own needs instead, especially when she calls him up for whatever (I am not saying you shouldn't help your friends out but being available for them all the time to where your own needs go on the back burner really doesn't leave much behind for you)
