Wow. This hotel is a must just for the views. Decor looks amazing, photos of the spas look so nice, and the food looks delicious. It would definitely be a treat to stay here.

Every view from this hotel was really beautiful, and it felt like I was in a dream or a movie world ☺️ Especially from the moment I entered the large public bath, I could see Lake Toya like a huge screen in a movie theater, and I could take a bath while sleeping. It was the best space to be immersed in and want to stay there as long as time allows👍
This hotel is categorized as a luxury hotel in Japan, but there are many wonderful views and dishes that are more than the price! It is a recommended hotel that makes you want to go to Hokkaido just for this hotel☺️

Stayed here before. Brings back memories. The dining area seems renovated since we were last there. It looked a little run down before
