    Sweet build, needs a flat rack on the roof with a big light bar for the front and smaller ones for the sides and rear 👌

    Won't this technically work with the 2015-2017 model years? Maybe just leave gaps?

    Ranch hand needs to use y’all’s photos on their website so much better at representing what the bumper is gonna look like

      Ranch Hand knows how to build a solid bumper, but their photos do leave something to be desired haha.

    bumper looks great, never was a fan of those deck systems though, takes up a lot of the utility of the bed and worst of all makes it harder to store your deer!

      What I said too lol. Takes away everything you need a truck for when hunting I don’t think anyone who worked on this video ever hunted before

    The build is looking great, as to be expected from you folks.
    I might have to work my way over to you folks to figure out where to take my F-150 next when I'm in Arizona next.

    Ranch Hand often says that their grille guards, will not work with frame lifts. Is that not true? What else works, to reduce the rear factory rake?

    I would have done an overland rack instead of the decked system. They also have some cool flip out boxes you can get that tuck next to the wheel well. Just some better ways to get areas to store hunting gear without losing bed room.

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад +1

      True, an overland rack would also have been a good option. I agree that this isn't the best system if you need lots of space in the bed, but it does work well for how First Lite is going to utilize the truck.

    Big beautiful bumper and no winch?

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад

      No winch on this one, but a winch plate can be swapped into this bumper easily so First Lite can make that change down the road if they decide they need it.

  • @timbruno1926

    Did you take a before and after height measurement on the front end?

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад +1

      Sure do! I have a shorter video coming soon that will explain the details behind the bumper's weight and the ride height measurements, but to put it simply, we lost about 1" up front.

  • @Gutzy013
    @Gutzy013 3 года назад

    How much did the front end sag with that heavy bumper attached? One thing I really don't like with this bumper is how one of the grille guard bars blocks the high beam. Wish they would customize the guard for the truck instead of using the same design regardless of what truck you have.

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад +1

      The most recent video we posted covers all the details on that if you want the full explanation, but to keep it simple, we lost about 1" of ride height in the front.

    Can’t be done without a lift one guy can’t do wi know you said it takes three so the mod is BS

  • @buffalobmf
    @buffalobmf 3 года назад +2

    That decked system is horrible for hunting it takes away 80% of the bed height making it hard to load in a deer and pretty much everything that don’t fit in the drawers

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад +1

      To each their own. First Lite specifically wanted a Decked system and we also like these kits. Even though this build is hunting focused, it has to serve a lot of different purposes as a company truck for First Lite and they want organization more than maximum bed space.

    • @buffalobmf
      @buffalobmf 3 года назад

      @@NoahStage3 yeah for hunters its a no go. Sense its a hunting focus build that decked system negatively affects a hunters needs on a truck. You arnt putting a deer kn that i know it could hold the weight but no it takes up most of the bed height which is bad for a hunter and it makes it even harder to load a deer jn the truck cause you now have another foot or so to lift. Oh god cant even imagine putting a new tree stand in there you bought.

    • @duscra92
      @duscra92 3 года назад +1

      @@buffalobmf The first lite crew isn't throwing whole deer up into the bed. Every hunt I've seen them on, they quarter their game in the field and pack it out. I don't think it would be that bad to throw game bags of meet up into the bed. Really, any lifted truck sucks to put heavy stuff into the bed since new trucks sit so high. An old 4x4 ranger would be the perfect little truck for getting around my neck of the woods.

      @@duscra92 who doesnt bring their deer home with them to get the head trophies with the meat 😂

    • @duscra92
      @duscra92 3 года назад

      @@buffalobmf I'm saying the deer will be broken down. It's a lot easier to throw pieces up on the deck than the dead weight of a whole deer.
