It can either way....I was really quiet in the mornings we were there and in the afternoon it would get a lot livelier!
Do you have any thoughts about the zen grand suites? Were there mosquitos in general?

I’ve stayed here and not a lot to do at the hotel but pool beach gym and spa. 2 gift shops but only one is open they never opened up the other one and the shop was not all that great
How many restaurants they have
I have heard that this resort is wheelchair accessible is this true? Do you know if they have accessible rooms in the area that has the plunge pools in every room? Thank you in advance for any info regarding this! 😊

Hi Rose! Yes, Grand Velas is an all-inclusive resort. I was staying in a Grand Class Oceanfront: rivieramaya.grandvelas.com/suites/grand-class-suites/grand-class-oceanfront. You do not need a test to enter Mexico but you will probably need one to go back to your home country.
People have access to all their of the restaurants,they have any impediment
