Once again....through the lens of your camera, and your eyes to take us to these places, we are blessed and ever so grateful. The homes at 4:00 were marvelous, just those few moments behind the doors that we have passed so many times, we get a glimpse of simple beauty and serenity. None of which we have in the west, except thru you and the land you love. We are indeed privileged. Arigatou.....

Anna thank you, always interesting walking, exploring with you, an old working loom weaving, beautiful small gardens with light rain, filming, editing, music just perfect :)
Another beautiful escape video around a lovely town. I really enjoyed the trip through the streets but I did gasp at the stairs to the temple.. 😁 My legs ached just looking at them... Hello ~ I am from Michigan, and I just wanted to tell you how much your work inspires me - I love your sensitive, minimalist style. At the end of this month, I will be filming a Japanese tea house ceremony (and their garden), and without question, your work will be in my heart and mind when I'm filming! 💜 (I've chatted with you briefly before, asking you about your camera, etc). I just felt that I should let you know my appreciation ~ ! 🙂
Starts with a chill HipHop/RnB type beat and toning it down a bit with a classic ambient music. That felt great^^. And that shot a 0:28, the angle and movement are so smooth and clean❤
I just pulled out my Gear VR and my Samsung Galaxy 9 phone to watch this video and many other on your RUclips channel in full screen and the are amazing. Just cruising through the neighborhood to see what you cam find. And you always find something. What is that machine making? And of course the hidden treasure just outside the village. What an impressive looking stairway. With an equally impressive view. Thanks for sharing this.

Thank you for walking up the steep steps to the shrine on our behalf! Also for entering the weaving factory, the ancient machinery is fascinating. I also particularly enjoyed going into the merchant's house where we see a 1930s valve radio and and a hand-charged box wall phone that probably dates from before 1900. Were these items brought in after the area was preserved, or did a merchant really live there through the 1930s and perhaps beyond, keeping his ancient telephone?
Thank you for always watching my video. This merchant house was built in 1863. Merchant really lived here and used ancient telephone. This house seems to have been renovated several times by the beginning of the Showa period. Thanks😊
Whaaaat!!! 😲 Seriously Anna this in just another level! You keep improving! The music was spot-on as well as the images change following the rhythm. Then @3:10 my god! That was not expected but it was really well executed an raised the bar of the video! This time is hands down a 10/10 !! Great job 😉👍

There was something magical about this one. I wanted to know about the lives of the people in the buildings. Perhaps it was the power lines and Telecoms that we could see connecting them to us. The camera pace and POV continuity kept me invested in where we were going. The music with the mechanical weaving machine was hypnotic. I have dismantled so many of those and scrapped them over the years so it's nice to see and hear one doing it's work. They love to work. Showing us windows that sneak a peak over the neighbor's roof while we sneak a peak back. Great. This was filmed by someone who loves and respects the place. It shows in the work. I say too much.

What's happening today? You are moving me with every plan! This scene 4:04 belongs to a film by Akira Kurosawa.
I am glad that you had a good time with it. Akira Kurosawa mixed water and India ink to express rain.
Great walk
Thank you very much😊
Now I'm in love, thanks Anna 3:12
You are very welcome😉
Hy nice video I’m your friend
