Where can I get two of the plastic clamps you mentioned at 4:55 in the video? I just ordered Barkbuster VPS plastic guards from Revzilla and it’s missing the two plastic clamps. It came with the screws for the front, but no plastic clamps or screws to mount to the inside of the bar.
I think that is only supplied for the Carbon Fiber Hand guards. I just purchased a set of Barkbusters VPS Plastic Guards Only - WHITE (with deflectors in BLACK) and it just has the screws.
Nice that they bolt into the stock Triumph, cause Honda has a pain in the butt inner bar weight that needs removed and an expansion flange. I really prefer the simplicity of the Tiger 😢
I wish I didn’t. I used locktite on my install, torqued everything to spec. A year later when I went to adjust their alignment after a drop, I stripped out the heads on the bolts trying to loosen them off.
@@whinstonwhoodle6373 oo sorry to hear that:( may be that loctiteis not for that purpose. May be less strong one will help. İ made a mistake like that i accidently use. Very strong one on front chain sprocket guard i also stripped put the head too:(
This is fine for some setups, but having ordered the one for a Versys x300, I can say this doesn’t work the same at all. 2.5 hours of fine tuning positions of lever carriers, the posts that the bar attaches to, and bending (yes, bending) the bar in order to get a correct fit. Never buying these again.
Pick up a set of Barkbusters Carbon Fiber Handguards rvz.la/4aJ9nff
I just installed it on my G310GS. It worked perfectly. Thank you for the video.
Did you have to take the bar ends weights off or do the gaurds work with the weights on?
@@GarducciGardini you have to take the weights off and then put them again with the new screws that come with the parts
Great vid. I didn’t have any problems, but definitely would’ve made it a slicker process if I had this to go off of when I did mine.

@ Thanks👍
Why do the clamps and mounts in the video not look anything like the product page you've linked to?
I assume this will work on quad bars
as well?
