@@Twofrogs2Personally I would switch out where the shower & laundry area are. & Yes some bi-fold doors 🚪🚪 in front of the washer & dryer (where the shower currently is) Plus I would have a small long window at the top so that natural light can come in the window.
You did it! This is the one, Mr. Tiny! That looooong wall is my Art studio. You gave me that counter dining, and my bathtub. All without compromising my real living room. I knew we could do this! I am so excited!
Love the laundry in the bathroom and the tub\ shower combination. Just a thought, but maybe move the living room window so it's perfect for a dining area and do the fireplace\tv thing centered across from the couch. Lets face it, everyone wants good tv placement. And why not make it one big closet. That would be awesome. Love your videos and your outstanding products!
I agree. And make the window behind the couch long and narrow horizontally so it doesn't go behind the couch. And if the window was moved over next to the other kitchen window it would make a nice spot for a dining table and still allow lots of light to come in.
Really like the overall size & spacious feel, vaulted ceilings and definitely hidden W/D area. Would make a few simple tweaks to meet my needs and wallah 😉. Appreciate more 600+ models. Thanks
I have said it befotr but I am still waiting to see a single section home that is totally ADA compliant, like sinks you can access with wheelchairs.. Otherwise your homes are very beautiful and desirable, but I cannot buy one if I have accessibility issues. PLease RRC, it's about time you create a home that we folks that are disabled can live in safely an comfortably. Wide hallways, more pocket doors, entrance an exit doors that will allow easy manuverability with a wheelchair. I cannot afford a site built home but would LOVE a RRC single section home with your quality!! Come on you disabled people out there speak up and say something in support of the above requests/comments
I love this layout but would prefer adding 150-200 sq.ft. More for a utility closet for brooms, mops, vacuum etc. A coats closet, and a linen closet. With this layout I would have to buy more storage units and take up space in the bedroom. Maybe by adding an extra room for all these necessities
HAVE THE CABINETS IN LAUNDRY REMOVED PUT FULL SIZE STACKABLE WASHING AND DRYER ON LEFT SIDE AND CABINET ON THE RIGHT SIDE FOR ALL YOUR CLEANING MACHINGS WITH A SHELF INSIDE FOR CLEANING PRODUCTS EASY PEASY PROBLEM SOLVED! I LIKE THE PICTURE OF YOUR DOG POOTNINNY!
This is a truly space I can imagine living full time in. It is spacious and I could make it into a luxury, modern gem. Spending money on top of the line furnishings. I'm keeping this one saved on my timeline. That's Mr. Tiny... I cannot imagine anyone but you for these videos.
Wow. I'm impressed! Thank you guys for putting together newer, bigger models that are more affordable for millennials like myself! Now to find land so I can afford all this! I truly appreciate you guys taking our comments and trying to actually work around all of this! Now for a model that has more bedrooms so my bf and I can have our own little wo/man caves :)
oh and an extra bathroom for those times we both need to go! lol (obviously that's something larger in the end, but it would be wonderful to find a "tiny/mid" that feels this spacious with all of those features, if possible! High ceilings for the win! :) )
Oh my gosh I absolutely adore this. I could see me and my two cats and two dogs living there. You definitely make beautiful tiny homes some of the prettiest I’ve ever seen and I do love the laundry in the bathroom that really caught my eye. Thank you.😊
I really like this but because of my age I need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night so my suggestion is to make a model like this but including a 1/2 bath in the master bedroom
Thank you Mr. Tiny for featuring The Guadalupe model on RRC’s Single Section Sunday. It is certainly spacious enough, and all the functional special features really add a nice touch for customers who want a mid sized model. The only thing that I would change is to omit the big window underneath the 2 clear story windows and have a much bigger wall for the entertainment center and flat screen TV in the living room. Other than that, it has a wonderful and functional floor plan that isn’t cramped, by any means. Thanks again, Mr. Tiny for featuring more Single Section Sunday RRC models!
oh yes i like the bigger space in a little house cleaver i love the flooring i been liking the decor Rachel needs to give us the tea on where we can get some of these pieces to furnish when we get a tiny home lol
660 sf. is a good size for a couple or single. Add a loft makes it great for a small family. Add a half bath makes it perfect. I like the floor plan of the house and the size of the bedroom and kitchen. More, more, more please.
Mr. Tiny, I loved the vaulted ceilings and the hidden laundry area.... what a great use of space and an awesome floorplan! What's the typical turnaround time when ur having one built?
Was wondering the same thing. Looking at land in southern Oklahoma but would need time to clear a spot , pour a foundation and get all the utilities set up. Wouldn’t want to place an order to only to find out that it will be ready for delivery prior to having a place to put it. LOL!
@Kassandra Levingston Yeah, I hear ya, lol! I'm looking for my fiance and me to have one sent to Pennsylvania, but I need to get all set up first! It really is a gorgeous cottage!!
Only 2 things I would change... 1. No tub, just a walk-in shower OR a walk-in tub. 2. Didn't care for the laundry in the bathroom. My favorite (park) model has the walk-in closet with washer and dryer in the closet. Everything else is beautiful. Love the kitchen!
I love this country rustic cottage look . I wish this company was in Canada Bc . I know we have tiny homes here but nothing like this . I’ve been designing my own from some of these floor models I have to say the work and dedication that goes into these tiny homes to make living spacious and functional is amazing .
Mike this home is a stunner! I love the kitchen layout as well as the bathroom with the hidden laundry area. 16x54 is a perfect size and it looked very spacious.
Like the 1 bedroom size...tiny home finish but spacious living...Like bathroom layout full size W/D inside! Will probably delete window for direct TV placement against the couch!
The X porch rails are really nice. The washer and dryer in the bathroom should be next to each other not on opposite sides of the room. Nice that there is a light over the shower and the bathroom sink area is very classy. This is one of the few times that I like the raised bar in the kitchen and the workspace is very nice. BTW: A California king is narrower than a regular king which is longer. This would be a very nice retirement for a couple.
Very, very nice! Wish I could afford one. The 399 square foot models are all too cramped, even for normal people, but it's worse for disabled people. Granted, the lofts they often have do add more room, but many disabled people can't handle the loft stairs. Also, even if I wasn't disabled I would never want a loft with a very low ceiling, as I don't want to get a concussion. Had several throughout the course of my life, and don't want anymore. Because of all of this a loft is useless to me and many other people. I do like how lofts look, but I can't make use of it. This 660 square foot model is small instead of tiny, but the additional ground floor rooms better servdisabled people. There are no bottlenecks for maneuvering a walker or wheelchair around. The living room is very big, so there is room for a home office against one wall, while still having plenty of room for the living room stuff. There is even room on the hall side of the kitchen for a proper, normal sized kitchen table if you push the long side of the table against the side wall, while still being able to get around, even with a walker or wheelchair! In the kitchen I would trade out the elevated microwave oven for a countertop model. The raised models are dangerous to use, as it's difficult to put things in and take things out of them safely, and even more when the food or drink is hot. Also, people who are short or disabled have trouble reaching in and out of raised appliances. We also can't see inside an appliance that is above our head, we need countertop models. Also in the kitchen, instead of unreachable cupboards over the fridge I'd put a big drawer under it. In the bathroom the laundry alcove is small, but is laid out well, and the window provides light for every part of the bathroom. I would change the tub to a step-in shower of the same size, and with handicapped accessible shower fixtures. The bedroom is great as it is. I would definitely have a wrap around porch to serve both exterior doors, and I'd have one or two ramps for access.
We need more models in 660 sq feet. Very spacious feeling.
agree
God this guy talks too much!!!!!
This is far more practical than a park model... Mr. Tiny, please bring us more one & two bed single-section homes!
Also, are any of your single-section homes available in modular construction? Having one set on a full basement is a huge advantage!
Agree!
The laundry in the back of the bathroom was your best idea yet. Love the window in the bathroom and the tub!!!!
Add a pocket door to close off the laundry area. This is a great model, Mr. Tiny. Very comfortable for one or two people.
I agree SUper awesome...loved the huge bedroom and double closet
@@Twofrogs2Personally I would switch out where the shower & laundry area are. & Yes some bi-fold doors 🚪🚪 in front of the washer & dryer (where the shower currently is) Plus I would have a small long window at the top so that natural light can come in the window.
@@WarmongerYT so, to have your shower/tub right under the window? I love that
That pony wall between the stove and refrigerator is a great addition, the oven will make the fridge run like crazy if it is not there.
And helps prevent food and utensils dropping between.
Love the hidden laundry
Yayyyyy he is backkkk👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽💯💯❗️❗️❗️😂😂😂❣️
I loved the hidden laundry area!

I totally agree about the window and closets Susan! It would be so much better if they could make those changes!
@@natalienetanya7401 agree! And why all the barn doors? Love the shiplap but barn doors are bulky and I bet they get off the track and break.
I agree. And make the window behind the couch long and narrow horizontally so it doesn't go behind the couch. And if the window was moved over next to the other kitchen window it would make a nice spot for a dining table and still allow lots of light to come in.
Mr Tiny does it again.❤
I like the kitchen and the laundry area.
Had to send this to my mom because that’s her name 😂❤️❤️❤️
Very nice Mr Tiny!
Really like the overall size & spacious feel, vaulted ceilings and definitely hidden W/D area. Would make a few simple tweaks to meet my needs and wallah 😉. Appreciate more 600+ models. Thanks
The bathroom laundry area was awesome!
Absolutely in LOVE with this one!!!!!! Lord hear my prayers, cuz I would love this to be my home🙏🙏🙏

Love the living room/kitchen area, the bathroom is nice(w/ laundry area) All in all it's a good setup.
Good job Mr. Tiny, you covered all the important bases of this home. I must say it is beautiful.
I like it. A tub shower combination and washer and dryer are in a perfect space.
