This is my advice to the dev as a experienced dev myself (hopefully reading comments), the game idea and the game loop are amazing, it has a lot potential. Making small map changes aren't things that you have to worry about right now, rather give the game more depth. First what i would do is focus to make it as fun as possible. Make index for all items like skins, kill effects etc, so people can see all of the things that they can obtain. Make winning more satisfying so person can get instant dopamine and continue playing. Best thing to do is give a player any fun award like a lootbox if they win and make a cool animation as robuilder mentioned. I would make rounds more longer so people feel special when they win or last till the end. Increase the progression system by adding levels, and focus to make as much as content for player to explore and obtain. Slowly start putting money in the ads, and you will 100% slowly gain larger and larger playerbase.
7:20 maybe make an inventory system where you can equip all of the guns you got so that doesnt happen.. or just make it say you got a worse gun do you want to swap out then one you're currently using or something like that 👍

Im honist i think that its tycoony but a Battle royal Game makes it Something Special. And i think that U have a Chance for the different weapons but the chances are Higher on better crates. But id keep it at the Stile it IS Right now.
