I can't tell which brand of pen he's doing the line work with, but a Pigma Micron by Sakura in size 03 should work well. The larger black pen appears to be a Sharpie marker made for such work, available in any office supply store, and of course, via Amazon. I know Walmart carries them, as well as do many grocery stores, if you're in America.
