The Curse of the Ghost Jack in the Box follows the story of Rose, a kind-hearted doctor who unknowingly opens a mysterious Jack in the Box, swapping her soul with a ghost trapped inside. The ghost, thrilled to be free, takes over Rose's body and enjoys experiencing the world, though it struggles with the responsibilities of being a doctor. The ghost eventually leaves the village for the city, carrying the cursed box with it. Meanwhile, Rose, trapped inside the box, discovers that the curse can only be broken by opening it.
Back in the village, the people are confused and concerned by Rose's sudden departure. A gypsy seer reveals that the ghost is now inhabiting Rose's body, and the only way to save her is to open the Jack in the Box, trapping the ghost inside once again. Two villagers, Ivy and Zara, embark on a journey to the city to rescue Rose. They successfully open the box, return the ghost to its prison, and restore Rose to her body. Grateful for her freedom, Dr. Rose returns to her work as the village doctor, able to help the community once more.
