Ripper S&S 124, but its nothing compared to one of my other rides my modded B King (Naked Hayabusa).... Love em both in different ways. Have a few different makes in the garage, lifes too short to be stuck on one kinda bike.

Been Riding for 25 years. Started on Liter bikes back in the day and have had all brands of Rice rockets. These days, (last 10 years) I stick with my Harleys only. One thing that used to amaze me was the amount of people in cars (especially little Turbo Honda's and Toyotas) that would think they could keep up or beat the sport bike on the road. My 08 Gixxer 1K did 95 mph in first and it did it quicker than saying "MPH". There are Definitely cars that are faster , especially these days, but for the most part, Nope. I used to work in Princeton and loved the ride to and from home along the canal and rivers.
I have a Ducati 1199R Panigale....and a buddy with a Ferrari....he keeps right with me...but I am over 50 so I am not as WFO as I used to be.... :D
My track bike begs to differ 😉. With cars these days keeping up. And the Tesla plaid is effectively the fastest car in actual real world conditions, and there’s a magazine review of a Zx14 beating it. That’s a very affordable fast bike. There are bagillion dollar mega bikes out there too. Thinking the affordable crowd is fair to be compared to the tippy top of the cage industry is a bit unfair.

Ya. These big cruisers feel powerful ,until you race a designed track weapon like that BMW. Amazing how fast those things really are.
First I want to say this is not bashing H-D, or Indian I have owned both. I currently have a BMW K1600 and I can say it's power with a capital P. Most of the people I ride with have Harley's and a lot of them have motor work and they all know that the Beemer will eat them for lunch. With that being said I won't ever try keeping up with any Metrics over 650cc. I really enjoyed your videos I get a kick out of your excitement
I don’t leave home without a gun so places like Commiefornia, Jersey, New York and DC are off limits for me. Hopefully one day these states will rejoin America and I can ride there because these places are beautiful

He's got you with an extra 60hp and minus 400lbs or so but you gave him a good run.
...and can wind to over 14000 rpm. Meaning he maintains the acceleration from each lower gear longer. The joke is 85mph on a Harley feels great, 85 on a supersport feels like time to shift to 2nd gear. It's entirely true about performance, but also about the feel of the bikes. Harleys feel right (good) cruising around town, backroads, and highways like route 66. Supersports feel right on track days and the occasional interstate on ramp.

Hey John....nice shades at the end...I love my Icycles also!! (I have a few pairs). What happened to your shield...did it fall off??? Still liking the helmet??? I still have my Ducati Panigale 1199R along with my Harleys...I keep just so that every once in a while I can remember what "FAST" really is like..LOLZ. Sportbikes are simply AMAZING MACHINES compared to pretty much anything on the road that is less than a quarter million dollars.... Hey, I also wanted to say....the footage you are getting from the 360 camera is AMAZING!!!! I may have to look at snagging one at some point...its REALLY awesome....but is it the camera or is it the editor that makes it so good??? Wish you lived closer so I could get some editing advice!! :D
