Idea for a video?

If there is music in this video, it is legally used.
Thank you for introducing me to Alibre Atom. This is just the right amount of parametric CAD at the right price for my home projects. I worked for 20 years as a mechanical engineer using Pro Engineer and Solidworks and when I retired I missed having access to a parametric modeler for my projects. Until now. Thanks again. -jeffry
You bet. Check back in if you need an help with it.
Would love a Linux version of Alibre.
Freecad ;)
I got it... Last month actually. Your discount code does not apply to Greece but I did buy it after watching your videos on it. Compared to the cloud-based, subscription-based, huge corporate, subscription-shape-shifting CAD I used before it's a breath of fresh air.
A couple of things missing but very minor and it has a significantly more robust 3D core functionality.
Just found this comment again. This is where it all began!
I guess this is cool, but it's kind of a bad look to give the richest country in the world a discount but the rest of us get a reseller link page. I don't want to call a reseller and find out how much they are going to gouge me, thanks
This is great!
That is right on dude!
Sounds cool.
What's a good version to get? If I'm an at-home "maker" who does a lot of 3D printing (so far mostly OpenSCAD) and I want to get into 2.5D CNC (router) and flat-folded metal design?
Would that be just Atom3D or Alibre Workshop? Or would that need functionality in Design Pro or Design Expert?
Thanks for the comment, this should help compare features for anything you need

@@JokoEngineeringhelp Please, would it be possible to get a demonstration of the CAM functionality in Alibre Workshop?
How do you edit stl files in Alibre?
