Our healthcare is own by ‘ one’ person …Malaysian Government … majority our private hospital is own by government…GLC… So the owner and the Policy maker are the ‘same’ person…
Doctor and Patient are the victim????

The only way forward is for public and teaching hospitals to have private wings, This will provide competition to private healthcare, allow public hospitals to have better equipment and better staffing, and pay MOH staffs better , and reduce the brain drain.

    Walk the talk.
What can the people do, you ask?
    Educate them.
Minister talk and doctor talk is not enough. Do schools teach healthy living? Do co-curricular activities incorporate health knowledge? Do mass media ...TV, Radio , newspapers, digital platforms, magazines... encourage healthy lifestyles?
People, especially the less educated, cannot always be expected to self-educate
Tens of billions spent on schools and hospitals.
Hospitals NEVER do health care. They do medical care. Know the difference.
Both government and industry need to.........
    WALK THE TALK
    FIRST DO HEALTH CARE.
FREEZE SPENDING PUBLIC MONEY ON MEDICAL PROCEDURES.
