Hey Pooja - yes, you've probably had a light flow day. The way to ensure all blood has come out is when you rinse it, if the water is clear it means all the blood has come out of the period underwear. Hope this helps!

How do u change it in office and how to store ?
It stays put for 12 hours and if i have to be out longer then i use disposable period panties. You have to store them just like your regular panties.
How long could you wear it for? Also how is it overnight? with clots?
For upto 12 hours and it works amazing overnight as well. There were no leaks and no discomfort!!!
