This sauce is to be made and tweaked to ur liking and i hope u guys enjoy it. I know i said 4 cloves; i meant to say 4 bulbs. The longer u let the sauce sit the more flavorful it taste. I will also like to address that im aware that Accent Salt has MSG, thats why it is optional. Ive been eating it since i was a little girl without any side effects. Apparently it has been said to have side effects, if u are uncomfortable with adding it, please by all means dont add it. (Eat everything in moderation). I made it on Christmas. SO GOOD! I made a few adjustments though. 1 - Instead of regular dairy butter, I used 3/4 of a container of Earth Balance vegan butter with one teaspoon of each of the ingredients. 2 - I hadn't planned on adding broth, but I ended up adding about half a cup of vegetable stock. 3 - I left out the Accent but used Lawry's seasoned salt instead, didn't have Worchestershire but used tamari/soy sauce, and added a touch more brown cane sugar (1 1/2 teaspoons total). I like to oven-steam my crab legs instead of boiling them, and used the sauce to baste them. I was slurping it up like Blove! Fingers were a finger-licking mess dipping and scooping my crab legs and corn, and I was all for it! Will definitely make again.

I don’t eat red meat, poultry or dairy, but I do eat fish and seafood. It’s an all-natural, whole foods , plant-based diet (a lot of vegetables, fruit, beans/lentils, whole grains, etc), rice and pasta too, with occasional fish/seafood. No dairy products. I’ll be making this again soon🤗 - crab legs on Christmas is my new tradition!

I added a little more brown sugar to make it sweeter and a little less red pepper flakes because I’m a wuss. (I was also almost out of garlic powder, but thankfully all of the minced cloves helped make up for it.) DELICIOUS stuff. Can’t wait to make it again for New Years!

@@DeAnnsUTube im sure it does have more ingredient. All i did was look at the old bay on my spice rack and looked at the ingredients list and those were the only ingredients in my old bay. Other flavors of old bay or homemade old bay definitely will have more spices.

2019: This sauce is delicious! The mix that they now sell is nothing like it and the mix: it’s much thicker, has lots of oregano, lots more garlic (40 cloves lol) and lots more ginger! Not very spicy at all and has lots of onions. It’s very very thick. I recommend this videos recipe over the mix

Made this sauce last night with my seafood boil! It was so delish I did not have worchestor sauce but it still turned out good. I actually added some beer to the sauce. Delish! It is spicy ! Next time I will tone it down with the spicyness. Thanks for the recipe!
I made the sauce using the Tbsp sizing and adjusted the heat and brown sugar to my taste. I learned that I like my sauce more on the sweet with a spicy hint on the back end. I used about 6-8 Tbsp of brown sugar when all was said and done and that's what worked for me. I'll be doing my Boil this upcoming weekend. I'll also be using beer in my Boil broth. I got that idea from Martika Sutton.

I MADE THIS RECIPE after watching her video a million times- first time making this recipe was OK, shes right there were alot of spices and the pepper-iness (not spicy) was getting to me as i was eating it. So i adjusted it to my taste the second time around and ITS AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH i used: 1/4 of a sweet onion 2 tbsp of minced garlic 1 tsp of all spices with the exception of cayenne powder and red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp each) 2 tsp of old bay (i also mixed in old bay with the boiling water) I skipped the hot sauce while cooking and replaced it with the pickled ginger juice (1 1/2 tbsp) 2 butter sticks 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVED YOUR RECIPE (and the boiling one too) AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I DEVOURED EVERY BIT OF THAT SAUCE... the corn with that sauce is everything I boiled potatoes, corn, fresh okra, shrimp and lobster !
Just made this. Used a whole onion, left out oregano and halfed the spices. It was AMAZING!! Clarifying the butter and carmelizing the onions alone would have been fabulous....but together, Lordy!!!

Make a low country boil. Take Louisiana Cajun powder, sacks and liquid boil, add 6 whole squeezed lemons and 6 whole oranges squeezed. Add mushrooms, onions, and potatoes, boil till almost done and add crawfish and crab leg clusters. Bring to a boil then shut off heat and add shrimp or prawns. Once you pull the strainer out you will have a pot full flavored seafood stock. Preserve it however you like. Add 1-2 cup of that boil to this and it will improve the flavor by ten fold.
She done got rich off of seasonings that i used on a daily basis by just using them all together with butter and onion and garlic lol she a genius 😂 I mean who has never done this before??? this is for all you non cookers. The easy way to peel garlic, is to put them all in a bowl with lid...shake, shake, shake for less then a minute and your done the garlic will release itself from the peel...Love your videos!

I recently learned that Old Bay is just celery salt, black pepper, red pepper and paprika. Just incase some of ya dont have Old Bay

I made the sauce using the Tbsp sizing and adjusted the heat and brown sugar to my taste. I learned that I like my sauce more on the sweet with a spicy hint on the back end. I used about 6-8 Tbsp of brown sugar when all was said and done and that's what worked for me. I'll be doing my Boil this upcoming weekend. I'll also be using beer in my Boil broth. I got that idea from Martika Sutton.

I MADE THIS RECIPE after watching her video a million times-
first time making this recipe was OK, shes right there were alot of spices and the pepper-iness (not spicy) was getting to me as i was eating it. So i adjusted it to my taste the second time around and ITS AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH
i used:
1/4 of a sweet onion
2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of all spices with the exception of cayenne powder and red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp each)
2 tsp of old bay (i also mixed in old bay with the boiling water)
I skipped the hot sauce while cooking and replaced it with the pickled ginger juice (1 1/2 tbsp)
2 butter sticks
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVED YOUR RECIPE (and the boiling one too) AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I DEVOURED EVERY BIT OF THAT SAUCE... the corn with that sauce is everything

I try this sauce few days ago my gosh its soooooo yummy my family love it.thank you sooo much for sharing this yummy sauce.
Make a low country boil. Take Louisiana Cajun powder, sacks and liquid boil, add 6 whole squeezed lemons and 6 whole oranges squeezed. Add mushrooms, onions, and potatoes, boil till almost done and add crawfish and crab leg clusters. Bring to a boil then shut off heat and add shrimp or prawns. Once you pull the strainer out you will have a pot full flavored seafood stock. Preserve it however you like. Add 1-2 cup of that boil to this and it will improve the flavor by ten fold.
*i added honey and extra brown sugar and old bay with some extra crushed pepper flakes its sweet and spicy😍*

The easy way to peel garlic, is to put them all in a bowl with lid...shake, shake, shake for less then a minute and your done the garlic will release itself from the peel...Love your videos!
