Oats and chia pudding.
1 tablespoon oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Hand full blue berries
3/4 strawberries
1 handful blueberries
Honey/brown sugar
Milk 1 glass
Almonds (optional)
Add chia seeds and oats in a bowl add milk, honey/brown sugar, almonds Blue berries, strawberries mix everything n keep it in the fridge overnight.
Mix well before eating because honey/brown sugar will be on the bottom.
Just oats then don't add chia seeds likewise just chia seeds then don't add oats.
