Need your technical expertise! I have a small extruder and the entire barrel moves in a circular pattern maybe 1-2mm or so - which makes it very difficult to maintain tolerances on the product extruded. I thought it was due to a screw that was broken and repaired and assumed might not be 100% straight, but the same thing happens also with a new screw... what could be the cause? The motor and the gear box? A bent shaft that connects to the screw? Maybe the extruded not being level properly on a hard surface (it is on a wooden pallet)? A bent or worn out barrel?
Expecting in detail explanation about parameter and zones of screw and screw type, ,from an iit level lecture. It Is just a short completion ,only basic mechanism is explained.
I arbind Pathak from cipet Hajipur course DPT thanks u sir for this video u r of repsentig is appreciatabl but it's don't cover every topic from our syllabus of cipet

I think shaft joint is problematic
