His innate caused him to have no mana, and any mana cost is expended using HP instead. It's a buff because he doesn't even use mana most of the time anyway, and it synergize with his passive well.

brooch changes your attacks to magical when toggled on, so they don't work with satanic, which only lifesteals on physical attacks

Satanic only give lifesteal to physical attack. Sing using revenant brotch make his attack turn into magical
because the brooch changing his physical to magic damage.. satanic only heal physical
revenant brooch changes his physical dmg to magical/pure so it doesnt proc satanic lifesteal
