So sorry that you've been so sick! That's rough in a large family - it can be a lot of work. 😥 At the beginning of the flu season, I made a garlic/honey mixture that we've been taking and it seems to keep us much healthier. We haven't had any major illness this year, which is amazing. ♥♥♥
It's so crazy right now we can grow a human inside us. God is so good! Our homeschool has taken a back burner during our yuckies time. And yes one minute we think we are good and then I'm wiped out or the kids are whinny. It's a hard time. I'm 44 and this pregnancy has shown me the difference between being pregnant a little younger. I'm feeling so tired most of the time. I have so many plans I can't get to. I feel you so much in this video. I'm trying not to race through life but this season can move on ❤

Colidial silver and local honey. We've had different kinds of wicked sicknesses come through our area, and with my husband's job, he brings home IT ALL. We have found that if we start pounding the colidial silver and honey, we will either avoid getting sick or it's mild compared to how it affects other people. Glad y'all are on the mend.

Research colidial silver more, gives you a better understanding of how good it is. My Grandpa use to always say, "i don't understand why people just don't take their silver, you won't be getting sick all the time" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 He'd also say, drink your apple cider vinegar, bad bacteria hates vinegar. 😂🤣😂🤣

Same Flu here! But high fevers with it up to 105. Respiratory effects lingering on days 7/8. My smallest got so dehydrated from the stomach bug part of it in the beginning that he was hospitalized on an IV. Prayers for recovery. ❤ my family of 10 is spent!
Julie, I had my 9 kids in the 60s, 70s, and early 80s. I did no gardening, and no homeschooling. I admire all that your family does, home schooling, gardening. Those daffodils are so beautiful! You must be in a warmer climate than here in Michigan. ❤

Awe we are trying to get over it now too! But it started and progressed the same. And it has gone through all of us too. My husband didn't seem to be hit. I used the same! No meds but I did take that! 🙂 My kids did take spoonfuls of honey. We all just laid around. Not happy to hear y’all are sick BUT happy to hear we’re not alone. We’ve been hit virus after virus. But we’ve had stomach bugs back to back, strept, etc and I have 6 kids (oldest is 11, youngest just born in Feb) … but it’s odd, the illness your describing I just had. I woke up with a headache and almost vomited then got bad body pains, then it was mainly just a bad feeling and body pain for 2 more days and now I feel okay. I didn’t even go to a doctor because I didn’t know how to even describe what it was LOL
I can relate. I was having trouble with kidney stones causing infection, then I tested positive for Covid a few days and that was the worst respitory illness I had aince 2019. Yesterday got the stones out there were 13 small ones and 1 large one. My neighbor said it just keeps on coming when you are fightin to get through the winters the last couple years

We just had something like this and our family of 7 (including 6 month old who barely got it) had it over a months time. My husband and I both had it for about a week. We have never had something like that before.

You may already know this, but I didn’t, so incase I’m sharing. With the Oscillo you only need to shake a few of the little tables under your tongue per dose. I originally thought you had to take the whole tube, and would get so frustrated by the price. But I was told by my ND that that’s a lie. You only need a few at a time.

@@jasonandjulieSo the way homeopathies work is your body will take what it needs, when it needs it. So taking the whole tube is actually just wasting it since a your body won’t ever use that much. A full dose really is just a few, I’d say 5 or so, pellets. They are the same as the hypericum from Boiron you mentioned a few years ago that your husband takes for his back pain. They are just packaged differently. Also, homeopathic medicine isn’t good for prevention. And the way it works is symptom-based. You mentioned it works best when you start taking it as soon as your symptoms are setting in, that is very true. But they won’t work to stop you from getting sick. I know it’s super dangerous to take medical advice from the comment section on RUclips, and I am not a doctor, though I have had extensive training in homeopathic medicine. Always do your own research though. Hope this helps! Side note, I can totally relate to the laundry situation, the loss of priorities, being overwhelmed in the season you’re in from time to time. For what it’s worth, you are doing more then most already, and with far more grace and patience then most. You and your family are a beautiful inspiration to do many.

Yes I did know that homeopathic weren’t preventative. Was just trying to understand why he would recommend something different? I find it interesting that the same company packages all the homeopathic we’ve purchased, but this one specific one is in a tube of tiny pellets instead of just taking four or five. I figured they must have a reason for it even though I didn’t know what it was. Thanks for sharing what you know!
I had level k and 1 of math before they revised a few years back. I like the old boxes better. Just my opinion. It did have quite a bit more manipulatives but I liked it!
Homeschool question if you don’t mind… my grown children went thru public school and my 7 year old I did homeschool with in preschool but she went to kindergarten and then I decided to homeschool her this year. All that rambling to say I’m not very experienced in the area lol. We have used the good and the beautiful curriculum which I love. She is finished with the reading, two sciences, handwriting and getting close to the end of the math so I ordered 2nd grade last week during the sale along with the new science.She passed the test at the end of the reading book. I love ahead at the pace of the child. Sometimes they move quickly and sometimes they need to slow way down (or take a break). As long as they’re understanding the material and enjoying the process, we keep moving forward ☺️
We did not use any medication until our 7 yr old son started complaining about his right knee I called our dr (that I have had since I was 4 yes old) and he said bring him in if he keeps complaining so dad took him in and dr said he did not want to guess so he ordered an X-ray I stopped by the doctors office after work and he took me into his office put the X-ray up and said THIS IS A TUMOR ANDVI DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND 😭😩 I fell to my knees the next few days were a dog he was diagnosed with cancer osteosarcoma so at this point you do anything possible to save him 😭😩😩

We just had something like this and our family of 7 (including 6 month old who barely got it) had it over a months time. My husband and I both had it for about a week. We have never had something like that before.

You may already know this, but I didn’t, so incase I’m sharing. With the Oscillo you only need to shake a few of the little tables under your tongue per dose. I originally thought you had to take the whole tube, and would get so frustrated by the price. But I was told by my ND that that’s a lie. You only need a few at a time.

@@jasonandjulieSo the way homeopathies work is your body will take what it needs, when it needs it. So taking the whole tube is actually just wasting it since a your body won’t ever use that much. A full dose really is just a few, I’d say 5 or so, pellets. They are the same as the hypericum from Boiron you mentioned a few years ago that your husband takes for his back pain. They are just packaged differently. Also, homeopathic medicine isn’t good for prevention. And the way it works is symptom-based. You mentioned it works best when you start taking it as soon as your symptoms are setting in, that is very true. But they won’t work to stop you from getting sick. I know it’s super dangerous to take medical advice from the comment section on RUclips, and I am not a doctor, though I have had extensive training in homeopathic medicine. Always do your own research though. Hope this helps!
Side note, I can totally relate to the laundry situation, the loss of priorities, being overwhelmed in the season you’re in from time to time. For what it’s worth, you are doing more then most already, and with far more grace and patience then most. You and your family are a beautiful inspiration to do many.

Yes I did know that homeopathic weren’t preventative. Was just trying to understand why he would recommend something different? I find it interesting that the same company packages all the homeopathic we’ve purchased, but this one specific one is in a tube of tiny pellets instead of just taking four or five. I figured they must have a reason for it even though I didn’t know what it was. Thanks for sharing what you know!
I had level k and 1 of math before they revised a few years back. I like the old boxes better. Just my opinion. It did have quite a bit more manipulatives but I liked it!

Homeschool question if you don’t mind… my grown children went thru public school and my 7 year old I did homeschool with in preschool but she went to kindergarten and then I decided to homeschool her this year. All that rambling to say I’m not very experienced in the area lol. We have used the good and the beautiful curriculum which I love. She is finished with the reading, two sciences, handwriting and getting close to the end of the math so I ordered 2nd grade last week during the sale along with the new science.She passed the test at the end of the reading book. Is it ok to start 2nd grade? What do you do? Thanks from Arkansas!
I love ahead at the pace of the child. Sometimes they move quickly and sometimes they need to slow way down (or take a break). As long as they’re understanding the material and enjoying the process, we keep moving forward ☺️

We did not use any medication until our 7 yr old son started complaining about his right knee I called our dr (that I have had since I was 4 yes old) and he said bring him in if he keeps complaining so dad took him in and dr said he did not want to guess so he ordered an X-ray I stopped by the doctors office after work and he took me into his office put the X-ray up and said THIS IS A TUMOR ANDVI DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND 😭😩 I fell to my knees the next few days were a dog he was diagnosed with cancer osteosarcoma so at this point you do anything possible to save him 😭😩😩
