There is no such thing as an "ex"Marine you are expected to carry your honor as a Marine through LIFE. YOU ARE A MARINE TILL YOU DRAW YOUR LAST BREATH.
Only West Coast Maines are "Ex" - If you went to my Island you'd still be a Marine :)

No, I disagree!! There is no "greatest" fighting Force!! Obviously there's the British SAS, Royal marines, and many others, including Army Rangers, Delta Force, Green Berets, Air Force Special Ops Command, Navy Seals, etc etc!

you have to be a green card holder ie:permanent residency before you can enlist, after getting your green card all you have to do is go to a local recruitment office

@@travisjacksonjablin Did you complete recruit training, no you did not. You have absolutely no idea what it’s like. Trust me you wouldn’t be laughing, but instead crying your little ass off begging to go back to mommy.
Back in the mid 1960’s when I was at MCRD San Diego there were not any women DI’s (that I saw). Only male DI’s that would beat your ass just for the fun of it. Next came ITR/Pendleton/Okinawa, etc, etc. It was an interesting 4 years.
