This had to happen - there are 3 golden rules.
Rule1: add 2-3 new fish to distribute the aggression. Rule2: add fish and completely change the decoration and hiding spots so that it looks new for all fish. Rule3: add single fish in a new tank after heavy feeding and in the night or cover the entire tank with drak cloth with lights off mode for 2 days..... None of these were followed, .. so this new fish will suffer ...

If you are isolating the weak fish you are again doing it wrong, you need to isolate the most aggressive fish. It's like giving it a timeout and allowing the weak fish to settle down. Else again it will attacked once it's reintroduced

First get some advice on Oscar fish.. and their behavior in the tank.. main fault is that u did not remove it quickly from the tank and by then all other fish attacked it.. looks like your tank is already over stocked

You should never add a single fish in a cichlid tank. And you should have put Albino oscar amd parrots in smaller tank for 2 days. By putting bob out, you are back to same situation.

Always Osker should be same color in pair, and albino osker is more aggresive than Tiger. Just add another tiger Osker.
Albino osker allready maked iys territory so it cant be tollerate another in its area.
Or you can remove albino for some days, after tiger will make its territory then you can add albino again.
