Looking back I think you should absolutely swap out the pomumon for the new palmon since you do actually suspend your opponents digimon with rosemon, and its inheritable is really good since part of the game plan for this deck is having a tamer out so you'll be getting up into your stack for cheaper
You should absolutely use BT14 Palmon. In rosemon it can be used both for punishing their attacks, but can also be used to extend your own turns plays by choosing the digimon that is unsuspended on their battle area and later in the turn suspend it via an effect of yours and gain back 2 memory for it. Then on your opponent's turn it'll unsuspend and if they attack with it they lose memory there too. On top of it's inherited allowing cheaper digivolutions as you go up.
