My name is Max Fredriksson! I’m a 24 years old professional MTB athlete from Stockholm - Sweden! After becoming the vice world champion in 2016 I’ve dealt with a ton of injuries from contests. I love this because when I was 16 and just getting into mountain biking my good buddy told me we would be fine going to the bike park with DJ hardtails (this was Silverstar in British Columbia) and I RODE A DIRT JUMP HARDTAIL ON BLACK DIAMOND BIKE PARK RUNS MY FIRST TIME IN A BIKE PARK

We all rode downhill with bikes far less suited than these nice hard tails with no problem. We all did it on cross country bikes with knobbys & upgraded forks & won races no problem, even against the early fs dh rigs. More about your skills than anything else.
