According to Amina, Her belief was that Peter was no longer with Tara ( one of several baby mommas) and that he was actually seeing other women when he started producing her. She always goes back to Peter lying to her about the seriousness of his and Tara's relationship. Amina should have been all about her career and not been so desperate to get on that she would allow a producer to prey on her. Females in the music industry ALWAYS get preyed upon by producers...(fucking for tracks). This woman and her talent gets washed down the drain because of some broke ass producer. Amina is at her most beautiful and strongest when she's about the business of her singing career. First season most people were on Tara side but once it came out that Peter married Amina People were still on her side it's when she proudly kept screwing him after the fact when people started to not like her. What it comes down to is people had higher expectations for Tara when in reality she just as trashy as Amina.
