Hi bro, i have used titan cf and I have tiivra sabre. Titan wind noise is worse than tiivra. Tiivra is overall a better helmet if you ignore some small fit nd finish issue. If you're looking for alternatives check ls2 ff800 which impressed me more than both titan nd tiivra.
