@@Priyanka556 does it have sensors? I have the previous model without twin cooling and most of the time fridge part doesn't get cool because of ice formation on freezer box. Once in a month I will have to completely switch off fridge for 24 hours plus. Is this issue with twin cooling too?

Yes buddy when I off the freezer it was still cool enough even after 48 hours. Convertible mode not work properly.

Yes, there is a slightly cooling even when the freezer is off I think it is normal because I have also turned it off but still it cools like a fridge.

This is not a unit problem. There is a slight cooling even when the freezer is off. so this is not a problem. It's normal.

It can happened if electricity cut out, when electricity comes back it reverts it's default setting
