We were there last October for 5 nights (on points) one of the best hotels,I’ve ever stayed in. The service, the food, the view, the gazelles…..just amazing. We also had a MAJOR rainstorm for about 2 hours! I was not expecting that! Saving points to go back!

Dear Boys,great to see you chilling out,in one if my favourite environments;the desert. I've just got back from staying with friends in Oman,so have had a similar 10 days as you,though TBH I few out & back to London on their private plane. Having lived in Oman with the family for 28 years,I know the country really well - my friends guest house had its own pool,with a view of the coast & the mountains,they went up to Muscat for 5 days,so we has the place tour ourselves. I love Oryx - friends of my parents ran the reintroduction of these majestic animals to Oman,just seeing them bring back many happy memories. I mentioned in the past of knowing Dubai and surroundings in late 70s/early 80s ,so am always fascinated to see how much the5y progressed. I'm so glad you two had a wonderful time,you really deserved it after your frenetic adventures. As always looking forward to the next time,whilst wishing you both health & happiness, with very best wishes to you& yours💥👊👏👏👏💙💙👌❤️💯👋⭐️'s💯✌️😘

I just finished all the videos in three weeks 😱 You definitely earned a subscriber. When compared to other travel channels I was familiar with, your channel is a breath of fresh air. Deeply appreciate your openness to other societies’ functions and norms. While no channel is perfect, you guys definitely don’t make me cringe with how you interact with locals. 😆 Much love and keep prioritizing your mental!

When were you there?! I was there the 2nd week of march, And in the same suite no.6!!! Guys I slept in the same bed as Oscar and Dan!!! 😁😁😁 Please continue these hotel videos! What a great treat for you two. Agree the food here is really special, It's amazing you can order the whole lunch menu at dinner as well. It's the crown jewel of the marriott portfolio.

WOW this looks like absolute heaven! Amazing that they were so vegan friendly as well, I had to pause on each menu and make my hypothetical orders 😂 So glad I watched this just before bed, let's hope I dream about travelling to the desert and eating fresh dates 😅
I just don't know why this video makes me think of the queen's Elizabeth II trips. Maybe because the desert is turning into a luxury. anyway I love and enjoy watching your videos. Thank you.
personally I prefer the Qasr al Sarab or the Ritz in Al Wadi, as there are not so many desert adventure tours bringing in tons of people. Especially Qasr Al Sarab feels like 1001 nights, it is very secluded, very exclusive , but it is quite (worth) a trip from Dubai. The Ritz is nice, because there are bicycles to get around and of course the animals also come to your pool and porch....
I use my Marriott Bonvoy Amex for EVERYTHING but still wouldn't be able to get this many points. I guess I don't spend enough? Also I am only 1 person so yeah if it were 2 people's expenses (especially travel expenses) on my card it would add up? I would love to go to this place just for the gazelles strolling around outside. Love that there are so many vegan options. Curious how it would be for a solo woman traveler here?
My first thought was “What could be more luxurious than the camp we had in Morocco with a double bed, heating, a toilet, and a shower?!” Turns out, quite a lot 😅 Nice to see their range of vegan dishes as well!
Nice place, but I’d suggest to never feed wild life because it makes animals dependent on humans. And if the hotel suddenly closes or whatever, then those animals will struggle to adapt back to wild conditions. So please don’t encourage feeding any form or wildlife, terrestrial, aerial or aquatic. Other than that, I enjoy your videos and the way you travel.
