GSK HPL Webcast - Ultra Endurance and the Limits of Human Performance

On Thursday 7th August, the GSK HPL hosted a live webcast with insights into ultra endurance support at the limits of human performance as we shared the lessons learnt during ultra cyclist Shusannah Pillinger’s challenge to become the first solo British female to complete Race Across America (RAAM).
Our expert panel consisted of Shu, team medic, Erica Ley, with GSK HPL scientist Matthew Furber who accompanied Shu across America, the HPL’s Cognitive Lead, Dr Barry O’Neill and chairperson Brad Sanderson, Principal Scientist at the HPL.
