Can someone please explain to me what's happening at 13:31. I don't know where these dialogue originated from as the staff activated only in the final level, yet I don't remember hearing that voice clip.
Actually I can answer this one! Stored in the Kaiser Vlad file for CO Voiceover lines, there are a couple of lines (like this one) that weren’t actually used in game, but remain in the files. That one about “Ubel, you ignorant Dolt! You have activated the Staff!” Was one of them that was unused, and I was able to play via Foobar. When I found it in the files, I was able to assign it to a specific line in that cutscene using Yoshi’s String Editor, and it actually played in game (how cool is that!) Getting custom audio to play is a different story, but stuff like this that is already present in the files is able to play, no fuss no muss. (And is cursed).

the game is exactly as i remembered on my wii, even tough the xylvanian grunts have probably less firepower than originally

What are your m&k settings for BW? I can never get a good setup, especially for aircraft
Not a good setup.
Mine is WASD for moving, always hide cursor for aiming, and setting E and Q to tilting the wii mote (literally only for Fighters).
