Hi Qtees, What i do to uplift my tired soul is to take a nap now and then, go to the thriftstore i always find something i dont need 😅for example clothes. Read a book mainly poetry, looking at old photo's to think of the memories and Netflix & chill and watching you Qtees! Have a lot of fun In Italy💚🤍❤

As always a good Sunday video to uplift my day 🥹
If I think about it, the habits to kind of release my stress would me playing the piano as well, I have been playing since I was 8 (I am turning 24 this year) and until this day, playing when I am home alone feels like I’m in my own world and I love it.
I love taking a 1 hour walk as well, or just organize a day where I would date myself by going to a museum, explore Paris and try new restaurants by myself.
And I also love learning new skills. Ever since you guys introduced Skillshare to us, I have been an addict to e-learning.
I picked up journaling this year too, since I don’t share my feelings with anyone, it really helped in releasing my thoughts.
I think that’s it for me (I’m pretty sure there’s more but I don’t want to write a book here 😅)

Wow, this video somehow made me cry. I'm a very introverted person, afraid to talk to new people, really really like being alone at home, if I go out I definitely feel like I can't stand it and want to go home quickly (except for the office), I can also be said to be someone who "has no friends". I'm glad to see that I'm not alone but I also feel that you guys are very lucky to have at least someone who can accompany each other until later (even though you guys are sister). I don't know what I will become but hopefully I can find the best way for me✨️
