the honey became sugared which means that if it sits without being used for long periods of time, it will become solid. it’s not bad and you shouldn’t throw it away. luckily it’s really easy to fix; just put some water in a pot, put the jar of honey in it and heat it up (but not so hot that it boils). you’ll know it’s done when the honey has a liquid consistency. just take it out of the pot and it’s ready to use again. you can do this multiple times - as honey literally never goes bad. hope this helps you with your smoothie bowls :)
