    Instructions:
    1. *Preheat Your Oven*
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) with the fan on for even heat distribution.
    2. *Prepare the Meat Mixture*
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the 500 grams of medium-fat beef with the minced and drained medium onion, finely chopped parsley, flour, corn starch, and baking powder. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices like ginger powder and cinnamon.
