Heh.... So I have a lot of mental problems, and despite all of that, people still come to me for help, to help them through tough times and turmoil. And I'll admit, if it weren't for my mental illnesses myself, I wouldn't have gain a strange fascination for the human mind and soul, and would not be sitting with a 3kg volume on my lap with Psychiatry Volume I stamped on the canvas cover, listening to this cleansing and healing sound as I keep grounded whist reading about the human mind. I hope to learn enough to become a healer in some way or form, but not professionally. I don't want to help people for money. Why did I post this here? I dunno... But the sounds are amazing, the colours calming. Everyone, please take time for yourself. Drink some water, make some tea, take the hottest bath you've taken in a while. Meditate. If you don't know how, just sit in a nice, open and quiet room and listen to the sounds. Take time to care about _you._ Take time to breathe. I came to this video because of recent news of my being let go. I was really passionate about my job and hearing I couldn't work because of low fundings in these hard times really has me left hurting. I just don't know how to word it. I'm in pain. I'm hoping this video helps me.

Calling them idiots brings you to the same level of negativity they shared towards the video. Only through positive reinforcement can we bring everyone together and I can only hope for them to begin to see the real positivity in life. Instead of insulting how can we bring ourselves to put ourselves in others shoes. Some aren’t ready for meditation or relaxation in life, some express this through negativity. Replacing negative words with more positive things like “the 12 people who weren’t so nice” changes you. Much love.
