Excelentísimo Hilton Ruiz .
It's a shame the way he left his fans.God bless his soul,he must be still playing on a cloud.
Everyone should make a contribution for everyone to enjoy. Hilton definitely did. This is timeless, beautiful music.
Ruiz gave us such beautiful, bracing music. Thank goodness he had a varied cultural dish to savor in doing so. His appeal was to all of us lucky enough not to have been born with tin ears. One example here I've always loved comes in Woody Allen's movie, HANNAH AND HER SISTERS, in which Allen, a man whose ears (no matter what one thinks of his films) were NOT tin, sets the world right again after some plot-necessitated painful presentations of bad rock and roll by suddenly letting us hear Ruiz' "Sure Thing" in all its ensemble glory. Allen picked the version from the Ruiz session, MANHATTAN MAMBO.
Esto no es para Cualquiera, solo gente de oídos sabios ❤
THIS IS MARVELOUS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SOUNDS RAUL THANKS HUGS FROM CANADA
