I remember our two music teachers had composed a very beautiful song for him. I did not understand then that he was a general of greatness. May Almighty God bless him and his seed. 😀 Blessed are the peacekeepers for they will be called children of God.

I used to admire this General since he was Brigadier. I could follow up his updates and times I would wonder why he was not appointed Chief of General staff.

When i was in Moi university around the same time while he was in mission, i read almost a 2 page article about him…. And his name stuck in my mind till date

It's ironic how a Kenyan General could conduct a disarmament in the farthest darkest corners of Africa while in his home country Kenya banditry and cattle russling by armed Pokot, Samburu and Turkana is still rampant!
