Here in Florida you get arrested and fined. Same as if you leave a child or an old person in perilous conditions. We have a wonderful Governor and first responders.
I am sure they did, but we're told that it was considered a non emergency call. Management should have done something. They could have made an effort to contact the owner and entered the apartment. In the lease, there is a pet clause and it is written that apartment staff/management can enter the apartment in certain circumstances. This was an emergency and is one of the circumstances which they can legally enter the apartment such as pet being unattended is a lease violation.
Hearing that the dog just gave up and lay down on the broiling concrete s heartbreaking. Why didn't someone just kick the door down to rescue the poor animal, and face whatever consequences, (if any) might have arising from that perfectly justifiable action? We've become a nation of sheep. We've been conditioned to just patiently wait for first responders, or action heroes.
That’s a good question. My guess is that it was considered a non emergency since the dog was barking and the owner was contacted and it was high up. Cars wil need to be moved and streets will not to be blocked off to use a fire truck ladder to get up there.
The fire dept would have the ladders to reach the balcony and rescue the dog.. What a total PO$ and sociopath, she or he should be named so that no one makes the mistake of letting this sick, demonic entity near their family or pets. 😢
If people knew that dog was there why didn't the apartment complex call the cops so they can make their way into the apartment I'm sure there was an extra key somewhere and do to it being an emergency I'm sure they didn't need a warrant to go in there
Absolutely disgusting on all counts. The police, the Strata company and the man that said his hands were tied and thought it was more fitting for the residents to witness a dog die from neglect.
i live here, on the fifth floor. this complex has so many issues with dogs. just in the beginning of may i called the humane society about a neighbor whose dogs would bark for hours and left unattended on the balcony. they allow dog owners in the building to use the bathroom on all floors and never care about if it’s cleaned up or not. this is so sad but i am not at all surprised.
I've called the police countless times on dogs that wouldn't stop barking, they rarely do anything. The only time they actually showed up to the house was when I told them I feel the owners might be in danger as it was 2am and the dog was left outside barking non-stop. Meanwhile, the lights inside the house was on but nobody answered the bell.
Off course they “can’t comment”, the authorities don’t want openness and honesty. This dog’s death is on the heads of the owner and property managers. Please take care of your own!
What’s the deal with dogs out here? Everybody feels the need to have one in an apartment and it really makes the bottom floor smell like pee. Not everyone needs a dog. The ratio needs a balance. This person should not have a dog if they can’t be responsible
Anyone who was watching is responsible as well, CALL FIREMEN, geez, they get cats out of trees, rescuing animals all the time. Call Humane Society ASAP Dont wait. I don't believe someone out there hearing hom bark couldn't have found a way to rescue that poor dog.

one of my old neighbors always let out their dog during the day time. in the hot summer, the dog would come bark at me for water while I water the garden. I always wonder what they thought of the wet patch of ground next to their fence.
Absolute abuse on purpose! I have a German Shepherd and she likes to stay outside so I make sure that she has water but she's not in direct sun and she has to come in the house whether she likes it or not at a Specific time. ✌️
Ban the owner from acquiring any other animal.
He needs to be in prison
We need much harsher laws in the US for animal abuse. That is part of the problem.
Here in Florida you get arrested and fined. Same as if you leave a child or an old person in perilous conditions. We have a wonderful Governor and first responders.
They won't because of ranchers and ranchers treat cattle like dirt.
Trump made animal abuse a felony, the courts are too lenient.
Why the hell didn't anyone call the police IMMEDIATELY!!!!! This is unacceptable!!! She better be arrested and charged!!! Monster!!!!
Even if we do we cant break into someones house for a dog and niether can cops.
@@KenZarackithat’s why a search warrant was needed for probable cause.
Those persons should be serving prison time & be given felony criminal records.
Why not call fireman? Police?

Why didn't the fire department save the dog?
That’s a good question. My guess is that it was considered a non emergency since the dog was barking and the owner was contacted and it was high up. Cars wil need to be moved and streets will not to be blocked off to use a fire truck ladder to get up there.
Some people shouldn’t have any pet’s ‼️‼️
As if we don’t have enough sad news. Owner needs JAIL TIME.Why didn’t anyone intervene? People are disgusting!

Watch the video they are named
She never cared for the dog at all Guaranteed
I couldn’t finish the video I’m so mad 🤬🤬🤬
People are so ignorant…..and the dog always takes the brunt of their poor decisions.
Felony. Why did no one fo ANYTHING?
Please, work on your comprehension skills, and listen to what was said again.
If they had called 911 maybe the fire department could have saved the innocent dog's life.
💔🐕💔
why are they asking the management and not 911? this story is very traumatizing to viewers and anyone involved.
If this is traumatizing to you, you may have one of the saddest lives ever.
@@sirchadiusmaximusiii I wasn't outside watching. dude, you are one of the saddest lives ever. go comment ro your mom.
@@sirchadiusmaximusiii It's very heartbreaking if you have any empathy. Do you feel bad for the dog?
They probably did. It may have been edited out by the news station.
The management should be equally charged for refusing to open the apartment so police could rescue the dog!!! and it should be felony charges!!!
Call the fire department, they can bring a ladder truck, it's a training opportunity too.
Same thing as last year. Looks like the exact same house!!
I forgot about that, but I think you're correct. Same type of apartment building, same looking balcony, and that incident was downtown, too. Hmmm 🤔
What the heck?!!! Why didn’t the police break in ?!!!!
My god I hope they don't have kids. I would have called the fire department. It's so sad.
Arizona and all states need to have strict laws about this. So sad.
I'm sorry why didn't no one call police
Please, re-watch the video.
Fireman call the fire department oh my God what is wrong with people?
So sad. What a terrible slow death for this poor dog.
Terrible owner. Probably on drugs or just incredibly oblivious.
Why did no one call
So… the fire department couldn’t help? Wth?! 🤬
the management company should be also charged with animal cruelty, and be forced to pay for the people forced to witness this damages...
leave them outside in the balcony?
No one called the police or animal control
I’m in tears!!
The dog was pleading for help!!!
People like that should not have pets
They should have called the fire department; they have a ladder truck and would definitely rescued the dog.
If people knew that dog was there why didn't the apartment complex call the cops so they can make their way into the apartment I'm sure there was an extra key somewhere and do to it being an emergency I'm sure they didn't need a warrant to go in there
Right!! Or offer maintenance cash I bet they would have found the keys. Then call cops or SPCA.
The SPCA would have done nothing. They are useless.
OMG😒...Terribly Terribly Sad.🙏
I looked it up she was arrested for felony animal cruelty.
Thank u
How cruel! RIP Doggie 🙏
Disgusting 😢
So sad. 😞 RIP
Am convinced 50% of people who have pets of any kind simply are unqualified to do so.
There should be a law requiring Landlords open the door
Absolutely disgusting on all counts. The police, the Strata company and the man that said his hands were tied and thought it was more fitting for the residents to witness a dog die from neglect.
It says in the police report (in this video) that it was at 1313 N. 2nd St. in Unit 1517. Other residents should demand she be kicked out.

Ivory Crawford ! Monster
The fire department could have put a ladder up there and gotten the dog down I would think.

WT🤬🤬🤬

What kind of person would do this???
Her names Ivory?… Ah I get it now.
Shameful!😡

Call the fire department.
