I have contacted the company before about this. They told me that they were working on a solution for people to upgrade the older model units as the one I have. They stated that the stylus on the older models can’t be upgraded. It doesn’t tell you on the website if the newer 2022 models can be. But I’m assuming they can since they are “new and improved”. I am actually in the works of trying to find a record player that will fit such a small space. From what I’ve read online all of these cheap jukeboxes have terrible record players. Once I do find a solution to this horrible problem, I will definitely make a video about it. Just out of curiosity, do you own one of these units? If you do, do you own the older model or the newer 2022 model?
