- At the heart of the massive row over the presence of animal fat in Tirupati laddoos is the quality of ghee used to make the prasadam. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's claim, citing a lab report, that fish oil and beef tallow were found in the ghee procured during the YSR Congress Party regime has brought into focus the halt in the supply of the famous Nandini ghee last year.

Centre should send food inspectors to test every known ghee brands from supermarket shelves. Especially,ghee which comes from Tamilnadu overun by dravidian atheists and cryptos. Many people unknowingly would have used the fat for Ganesh chaturthi. Dussehra and Diwali should not be affected.

Only use kmf brand where it is pure and other brands are adulterated because as a farmer son i know how the quality check gone in the ground because where the milk rejected from kmf local dairies are collected by other milk brands like dodla, heritage and thirumala brand

No it's not animal fat. Beef tallow is where they take the flesh of beef and cook it in high fame, and it releases oil that is animal fat. It looks mire or less like butter. In America, most of the households they make it at home to spread it in their bread, though. It is less expensive than ghee or butter.

To all so called educated persons in the chat section. 1. The report is of ghee sample but not laddoo sample.
2. These tests will happend for every tanker that came to TTD. If the reports get positive the tankers will get rejected.
3. This type of rejections happened from last 10 years also. In jagan period it was rejected 18 times and at same time between 2014-2019 it got rejected 14 times.
4. In the present case also it got tested and rejected what's there big matter in that.
5. This so called experienced CM CBN playing with all hindus sentiment for his own sake.
6. Why everyone believing that laddoos prepared with contaminated ghee. Just watch TTD EO press meet before believing that selfish CBN statements
just go and watch You tube complaint's about TTD for past 4 years you will find better info from devotes. whether the ladoos good or bad whether the annadhanam is good or bad

1. The quality has been reduced I will agree with that. But do you think it was because the ghee with animal oil was present. I told it before in last 5 years jagan period 18 times the ghee samples were rejected.
2. The quality reduced because from past 6-7 years machine laddoos are coming. So that the machines are squeezing laddoos so much that ghee content in laddoo was reducing by that when compared to laddoos were making with hands before.
3. Without much ghee present in laddoos due to machinery squeeze the laddoos are dried up fastly. This is cause for less laddoo quality.
What about refusing to buy Nandini ghee?
Because it's pure and cost more.
Other ghee with less cost and impure.
@@ECENithyarajGP it's not like other than nandini everyone providing less quality. If that is the case from past 3-4 years many company ghee are passed all the tests and went to laddoo kitchen. The nandini contract cancelled just because they demanded higher price than before. And TTD has some set of rules from decades to conduct open tenders. Just for nandini ghee they can't unfollow there protocols and rules right??

With the obsession we have with Pure Cow Ghee,even in Death,the demand for it is much more than the supply.Cow Milk has only 4-5% Fat content.
