Haven’t been in a while, but used to go to Yuanbao Jiaozi in Sunset. Their beef noodle soup is good and they make various in house dumplings. We also liked the spicy beef tendon, it’s served cold but we added it to our soup too for softened texture.

congrats on the new car. Just a little advice that you could actually shorten your video for about 5-10 mins. It would be better cuz nowadays ppl are so lazy watching a long vid.
