I've noticed recently that when The Longest Johns are about to collaborate with another band or singer, they always seem to wear that band's shirt in one of their videos. And in Pleasant and Delightful, JD was wearing a Corridor Digital shirt... That must mean... Oh yes.

I'm here before the premiere and I can already tell this is gonna be amazing! Edit: Anyone else think it's really nice that they reply to people in the comment sections?
I'm a fan of The Pogues but haven't listened to them in a good while (barring Fairytale of New York). Thank you for absolutely smashing my favourite Pogues song.
I do love this cover but as a Bar Manager and a whisky lover the bar used in the green screen at 2:35 bothers me. There's seemingly no organisation of those bottles, it's a mess and somebody should feel bad about it.
Such a wonderful song, I can't help but think of the friends that I won't be able to see again for a long time after going to university/college when I listen to the lyrics.
I was unfamiliar with the song, so I had to double check the lyrics to make sure I was catching them all (no Pokemon intended!). I see now that this is one of them "Irony" ballads, with a jaunty melody, and a depressing storyline. Good ol' Irony! Can't beat it. That "Meow" coda was perfectly in key, too...
This is fantastic! One of my favourite songs. Love to hear your guys doing punky stuff, your voices suit it well. Clearly JD is the only one who owns a green screen.
Love seeing you guys branch out in the folk-punk direction. Some of the bands that really got me into folk music were Fiddler's Green and Flogging Molly and I love that sound.
Gotta love the Pogues. I know this is an old video, and no one's probably reading the comments anymore, but on the off chance that one of them sees this.... What is JD's cat's name? He/she is so pretty!
Please cover more of the Pogues, your guys sound is unique and gives me chills when I imagine how you'd sing songs I've heard from my good old Dutch dad ♥️
Trying to kill me. I got Wellerman stuck in my head and was singing while commuting to work. Problem is I commute by pushbike. Cycling and signing is an unhealthy combination.
Hi Longest Johns, me and my friends wanted to Sing the Bones in the Ocean, it would be awsome if you made a tutorial sort of video, it would really help us!
I see JD made the mistake of sitting infront of a greenscreen
Trouble with sitting in front of a green screen is you can't just leave it green

I love all these hilarious comments about JD and the green screen. They just make my day! 😆
JD channeling Robbie silliness this time. Love it.
Guess who edited it ;)
JD is certainly getting his money's worth out of the green screen 😂
Loving the contrast between everyone in theirhomes/studio/recording space..... and JD having some kind of magial adventure ^_^
I'm enjoying the high percentage of bookcase/boardgames/lego display in the backgrounds
Yeah, trying to recognise a bunch as they appear breifly. It's a clever ploy to increase rewatching : p

Jd is a man of wonder flying throughout the world in a criss-cross postition
I 'unno, if you squint, you can almost see the line in a couple of those shots...
whoever edited this was having a blast with JD
Funny how Robbie's the one who went for a more normal background while JD, of all people, decided to do whatever the hell he did
I came in as a smokey bastard fan, and this is really different than their normal stuff. It's really good!
God I want this version on Spotify so badly!!!
They should add it to an album. I’d buy that record
grew up listening to The Pogues, and this is the only cover I've ever heard that comes even close to being good. you guys SMASHED it!
