I love the real wood i think it looks great and will last a long time
What a beautiful home!!! But, 10 years old is not that old, since I once lived in a 1906 home that I renovated~However, it does make me realize that I will want to get an older home again because it’s much more to my liking 😊. I really like the large rooms that are separated from one another. The gorgeous wood doors and wood trim throughout was such a bonus! I’d be quite happy living in this home, but it’s a bit far from Florida, where I currently live 😢. Thanks for the great home tour😊
I love this house just as it is! Reminds me of a 70'S/80's colonial, with a southern twist facade with the porch and pillars! This house has an incredible floorplan and timeless design/appeal that will never go out of style; one of the reasons why it still looks so good after 10 years! Hell, I even like the brass door knobs. With an attached, side loading 2 car garage and matching front window this home would look great in any upscale subdivision! Awesome home, awesome tour. Thanks, Nate!
That cabinet you called a "roll-up bread box" is called an "appliance garage". You can put your toaster or blender or mixer, etc. in it.
Also, I really liked the house and the floor plan. Thank you for your videos. 🙂
For being 10 years old this home is in good shape, especially the floors. Lot of people walked through this home. Showers near main bedroom are a little outdated but still functional. Nice job Nate, have fun shoveling that snow buddy, we live in southern Michigan and haven’t had much snow all winter. Montana is a beautiful state and I envy you for the scenery, if I was 30 years younger I may have joined you there. God bless.
Love this one. It looks and feels like a site built home. Also, it looks like it has held up well.
My GOD, I LOVE the Layout of this Home, I'd just have to have a larger Kitchen & Dining Area with some changes! THANKS Nate
Wow that is beautiful.
I would buy this one. It's perfect and durable. Made to last. I love a Victorian style home. Large rooms and closets and the oval bathtubs. ❤
Finally, some very spacious secondary bedrooms.
Beautiful house and layout. I'd definitely want to have the updated version and I'd love to see it
I like that the kitchen is around the corner. I also like one basin in the master bath as I don't like others in the bathroom with me. I like that the upstairs bathroom has drawers and that the upstairs bedrooms and closets are big as kids have stuff and need room too.
I like the door in hard wood floors it iS big home love it
Doesn't seem like an old home to me. I live in a house built in 1946. Great video as always! 👍
Nice
Love the layout and all the solid wood. Just needs some modernization. Otherwise, a beautiful home.
Yeah, I definitely like the older model better than the new ones. But 10 years ago, they might have paid 140k for this and now get to sell it for 375 😆 And kids bedrooms were always big because there was more than one kid per room. I raised 4 boys and one girl. Do you think they all had bedrooms. Try putting multiples in a 9 x 11 room.
How is the upstairs fastened to the lower
The whole home is 4 boxes and the upper boxes are lag bolted to the lower boxes similar to how a site built home has the walls bolted to the foundation.
This is on a lot it looks like so are they selling this home in a neighborhood? It has held up very nice if a family was living in it
