This is EXACTLY what would have happened in America if Kamala Harris would've won. Her campaign was more about twerking and hatred towards Donald Trump than anything of substance. And they knew they were going to lose the race and still kept asking for more and more money, even after she lost!!!! Con artists. You guys should listen to a podcast that one of her main people in charge of donations said after she lost! It would honestly blow your mind whether you're a democrat or republican. Her name is Lindy Li

I unironically think a five year old would do better. Like, yeah, the budget would take a hit on candy, toys, etc, but even five year olds learn sharing is caring and teamwork makes the dream work in kindergarten. On top of that, they care way less about luxury. They wouldn’t spend thousands in a trip to Vegas eating lobster, they’d spend a few hundred at Dalton’s toy stores.

That's a little extreme. Santos was a Congressman, meaning he somehow lied to _the entire fucking nation_ and managed to get away with it for as long as he did. And I mean _comical_ lies; really easy to investigate lies that didn't even really benefit the man. He just wanted to sound interesting and kept digging his grave deeper. Santos was wild, yo.
Weird mayors though? We see that shit all the time. They're *usually* ousted by state governance fairly quickly, but cases like this one do still happen.

She should be criminally charged and convicted for the mismanagement of a public office and blatant disruption of government work.

Pretty much what I expected.

Every year, we get new stories of people abusing the system and getting fines and jail time. If I am given a door prize, I have to donate it or make an in-kind donation so I do not get any compensation from a vendor or organization.

She's a black woman democrat in a deep blue state with huge black population. So all that will be spinned into politics, racism and misogyny with a bunch of blacktivists.
My prediction it will take years before charges will be brought up to court and she'll cut a deal with no real prison time, only probation.

For every corrupt and incompetent black politician, there is another corrupt and incompetent white politician, and that's the same with every other race & ethnicity.
It's far easier to get rid of these types of people in power when the population isn't divided on "muh race good yuors iz bad!!!"

i was about to comment that, wandering around the comment section hoping someone else noticed that. I wonder who those 536 were. I'd say probably all the folk on her bankroll, cops, sex offenders, I mean village officials. But whole else? Relatives? People that dont live in Dolton but are registered there? Idiots?
