I pretty much exclusively watch old episodes as of recent. The show has become too overproduced and game related. It doesn't seem as natural and there isn't much genuine banter anymore. I understand why they went in this direction, but it's just not for me.

I come back to this episode every so often, it's one of my absolute favourite GMM episodes of all time. It's perfect. Vintage food. Christmas. Rhett nailing the era and eating everything. Classic demonstration of Link's picky eaterness. And classic GMM charm :) I love it.
My grandma used to serve this weird thing at parties back when my mom was a little girl. It wasn't just Christmas, it was any fancy party or any time she had to entertain and wanted to be "extra". She would take a pineapple wedge, wrap it in a lettuce leaf, top it with a dollop of mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese. I'm so glad I wasn't alive for all that.
