Frenzy Gacha i do understand harry potter, it’s one of my favourite book series. I understand where the ship is coming from, one of my best friends is a hardcore shipper. I just dont see it as anything other than potential friendship. I’m sorry if i sound rude im only a little offended because it kinda seemed as if you thought i didnt know why it was a ship or the origins of Pansy, Blaise and Draco but i know you clarify that “if i do know”. Furthermore, i wouldnt talk about Blaise or Pansy not having a choice as we dont actually know this. On Pansy’s part, we dont know if she was actually on Voldemort’s side or not. Yes she was a part of the sacred 28 however she is seen afraid of Voldemort attacking hogwarts. She admires draco’s dark mark but is also scared of voldemort. She also is not seen fighting for either side so it’s more safe to presume she took the middle ground. We dont know Pansy’s family either. We only know she has a descendant who was Minster of Magic. Of course it can be implied she had strict parents, being a slytherin pureblood, however as it is not implicitly shown or stated, we cant be too sure. Blaise we barely know about as well seeing as he came into play around halfway through the series as a reoccurring villain. Furthermore, blaise is invited to the slugclub, a club run by professor slughorn, a man with great prejudice to Death eaters and their descendants. By inviting blaise you can easily infer his family are not affiliated with Voldemort explicitly like others if they were but he still holds the hatred for those with muggle “tainted” blood. If anything, blaise dismissed everyone around him, being so vein he even makes fun of draco for having death eater parents who were caught. I agree with you about draco, but i think in his beginning years he believed everything his parents said until perhaps 3rd or 4th year. Where he starts seeing faults in their logic, or maybe when he got the dark mark, either of those two options is when i’d say draco begins to realise what situation he’s in and what his parents have done to him. I just wanted to say that we cannot be sure of blaise and pansy, they take more analysis then draco since their history is not well known. Of course i do respect Drarry and I understand i may’ve come off a bit rude to shippers but as a harry potter fan some of these Drarry videos are getting out of hand, dresses, sub and doms, mating, heat season. It’s a matter of going OOC and just creepily sexual too early in their lives. Drarry should be a slow burn ship, and they would not be as promiscuous as it’s often shown. I wanted this to be about how Harry and his friends have never fit in in Hogwarts. Disobeying rules, fighting huge creatures, etc etc. Meanwhile the Slytherins ive chosen fit in with what society asks of them and their families. Draco is obeying his father, fitting into that regime. Pansy wants Draco to love her so she fits into the classic Slytherin girl to gain his love and affections, Blaise wants to be above everyone else, he’s vain, to be above the rest you must be the best and that’s what he does, tries to be the best, he’a ambitious (slytherin). Harry and his friends also dont fit in because they all seemingly belong in other houses. Hermione - Ravenclaw (The hat was thinking of putting her there) Ron - Hufflepuff (Like neville, doesn’t seem like he fits in in Gryffindor) Harry - Slytherin (self explanatory) This glmv was about The golden trio breaking stereotypes and encouraging others to do the same. Blaise hears this and questions everything he’s been told, and his mother’s actions. Blaise is more quick to turn because his family is not confirmed death eater status. His father past away and his mother gains money by remarrying. (He’s had 6-7 step dads who all mysteriously died). This means he’d more than likely swap sides if his way of thinking was changed. That’s my view on it.
