It depends on a lot of stuff (team, weapons) but they're about the same, with vermillion being oh so slightly better iirc but I might be spreading misinformation so take this with a grain of salt
At this point I dont consider Dori as an off field healer She's an on field healer, an easier to play Noelle but Electro and less tankier. She's a Paladin. Have her tank everything in a burgeon comp with Oppa. She can survive quite a lot, and if shes on fielding her energy isnt even a problem.
