Ingredients:
-1 Egg
-180ml water (3/4 cup)
-60ml milk (1/4 cup)
-1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp curry
-1/2 tsp ground coriander
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-220g flour (1 1/2 cups)
-500g chicken strips
marinate for 1-2 hours (preferably all night)
-220g flour (1 1/2 cups)
-60g cornstarch (1/2 cup)
-spices we used in chicken marinated
High-medium heat
-cooking oil
-fry for 5-8 minutes or depending on chicken piece
