Has anybody ever challenged an art theif to redraw the art they stole LIVE? Like in a drawpile account, they could both redraw the image side by side and the art jury can come to their conclusions.

I have a friend whose art was stolen by a random account, and that account's followers spammed and harrassed my friend on their page for "stealing art". I had never seen anything like it.

i think thats just a jealousy thing, i am not a artist but sure am jealous of the skill alot of them have i do sometimes see traditional artists giving digital artists shit saying it isnt real art and its easier however as a non artistic person who has tried both i feel like traditional would be easier for me so to me it seems they are just jealous of the attention digital artists get, personally i feel 1 type of artist trying to discredit someone elses ability over a different medium is worse than someone who just doesnt know the effort that really goes into acquiring the skill and is just oblivious to it because people dont know what they dont know everyone

Best you can do in this case, at least what other artists were saying, is to stop comparing yourself to others, but yourself from the past and see the change. Also, reminding yourself that nobody was born as an artist, and art skill is a skill that has to be developed and learn by the hard work might open your eyes that it's a long journey without end, and if you keep trying, you might be where people you admire were when you've become their peer.
Lesson of the day: don't call out these people and instead just write copyright infirgement complaint directly to twitter staff. Because there are mechanisms that work so rediculously bad that the actual original artist can get SUSPENDED over breach of HIS right. This is so stupid.

@@sokool3994 Ehhh, I wouldn't be so sure about that. Have you heard of TheFatRat? Someone made a cover of his song and a random company copyrighted his music which he made. When he tried to dispute it, RUclips denied it and if he tried again he risked his account being banned. RUclips also didn't help with the fact that it's up to the person who made the copyright claim to decide they're going to drop the claim or not, which is fucking stupid as I'm sure you can probably tell.
The fact that the thieves were like “oh, it wasn’t me, HE stole MY art” and all the thieves followers are like “let’s report him”.
Then the artist gives proof that’s it’s his own artwork and Twitter suspends the artist account 🤦🏻♀️ I’m so mad at these thieves

I think not only Rapizore is extremely skilled, he's also a hardworker. Being that good at 16 means he went through intense practice daily. Seeing someone stole his art, harasses him, made his account suspended, must've been traumatizing.
But his love for drawing pushes him to draw even today in his new account. I like this kid. He's tough.
I also like how nowadays he's just kinda annoyed with people comparing his drawing with My hero Academia lol.

I was garbage at 16 even though I went to a fine arts high school. Don't give up! You have your whole life of learning and perfecting ahead of you.
Everyone grows at their own pace. It took me until I was 18 to develop a style that I was happy with and at that point, I had been taking drawing seriously for like 7 years. Even now, I'm still learning and growing and that's what it's all about. Keep going, dude, you never know where you might end up.
Life is not a speedrun no matter what age you are you're still have high hopes succeed when you believe in yourself

I don't know how reliable are the customer services of all the websites regarding these kind of things... The right thing to do is not to directly confront with thieves or even trolls, you probably will have no choice but to contact the staffs about the issue and hope that you're lucky they still listen.

I had my art stolen back when I was a teen, not as young as him but still under 20. I found it kinda validating actually, it made me realize I was good. This was when social media accounts began to become a thing so followers and making money from being a celebrity was still unknown territory, everyone was instead more focused on getting scooped up by larger firms or selling commissions for a living. It also makes you realize how little protection there is for artist, especially ones who choose to develop their own fan base.

I’m actually Jewish, and this- I don’t even use my ethnicity/race/religion as an excuse for either being a victim (unless racism or peoples racist tendencies) or a person just using it as an excuse. What’s wrong with people, they need to acknowledge the fact that Black people, Jews, Asian, Native Americans, and more are way more important than just saying your (insert ethnicity or race) as a stupid excuse.
