When I first recommended 8 Graves to a friend of mine he didn't like it that much, but after I sent him this song he's super into it. Straight up told em "don't judge a grave by its headstone". Amazing music as always, keep it up!
This song. The rawness of it is just something you feel in your bones. That melancholy hopeless feeling when you're reflecting on choices made in life. The endless "stuck in a rut/where do I go from here" kind of feeling of being lost but not quite sure how you wound up that way. Very different from your other songs but absolutely beautiful. I think you guys saved best for last with this one.
This songs brings up a feeling i am in now. Its like trying to remember who you are, who you want to be but its clouded. You fake yourself to make others happy and and its everyday. When you try to be yourself because it's lost in oblivion. The the song "change me" reminds you who you are with what people complain and tell you what to change. " cannon ball " is how different your true self is from everyone else and " cold shoulder " is the emotional side of it. The song " evil " is how your opinions are looked at negatively bc of what they think we are. And " underground " says we're not alone. " bad faith " brings up how religion effects the world and ask who is actually good. " tunning out " is that we just want shut out the world to collect ourselves. " begging to bleed " reveals we want to stay like this bc we don't know whats better now or what we want be of the " cold world" .All of the songs you make relate to each other and is all based of life with addiction, loss, trauma and mental disability life gives us. Pretty late to this one but Ive been listening nonstep since it hit my ears yesterday. The sense of melancholia and apathy toward everything rn, the repition and discordant tones really hitting home the feeling of a loss of control as we spiral toward our oblivion

Musically, it reminds me of one of my favorite Nine Inch Nails tracks, La Mer. Both start with something simple and melodious, then get layers continuously poured on until it becomes overwhelming. I absolutely love it.

This song. The rawness of it is just something you feel in your bones. That melancholy hopeless feeling when you're reflecting on choices made in life. The endless "stuck in a rut/where do I go from here" kind of feeling of being lost but not quite sure how you wound up that way. Very different from your other songs but absolutely beautiful. I think you guys saved best for last with this one.

This songs brings up a feeling i am in now. Its like trying to remember who you are, who you want to be but its clouded. You fake yourself to make others happy and and its everyday. When you try to be yourself because it's lost in oblivion. The the song "change me" reminds you who you are with what people complain and tell you what to change. " cannon ball " is how different your true self is from everyone else and " cold shoulder " is the emotional side of it. The song " evil " is how your opinions are looked at negatively bc of what they think we are. And " underground " says we're not alone. " bad faith " brings up how religion effects the world and ask who is actually good. " tunning out " is that we just want shut out the world to collect ourselves. " begging to bleed " reveals we want to stay like this bc we don't know whats better now or what we want be of the " cold world" .All of the songs you make relate to each other and is all based of life with addiction, loss, trauma and mental disability life gives us. Ight' so I LOVE THIS song. To me it perfectly captures the ever echoing chamber of negativity the world is now locked in. The questioning, the desperation to be saved, the almost playful sarcastic tone towards Oblivion in the chorus, I enjoy it VERY much.
